Quadio presents HEAR HER: WOMXN+ IN CREATIVITY, a free series of events for womxn+ creatives to connect with each other and develop skills to enter and excel in the workforce.

The HEAR HER series kicked off 2021 with a panel of womxn+ professionals gathering together to shine light on the music industry – how to break in, stay in, and have the impact you want.

The series continues with a week-long summit beginning March 8, 2021 with programming that will include a speaker series, skill-based & business-oriented workshops, discussion groups, and live performances.

Guest speakers include Chrissy Borsellino (WMA), Gab Ginsberg (Billboard), Steph Evans (Earmilk), Yasmine Panah (FADER Label), Ellen Mangan (Arista Records), Asmarina Zerabruk (Beggars Group), Jenna LoMonaco (Island Records), Katie Kilgallen (BMI), Samantha Cox (BMI), Chelsea Kent (Songfluencer), Tappan Vickery (Headcount), Jordyn Pegues (Headcount).

Past panelists include: Alexandra Meyer (Founder, In The Door & Talent Recruiter at The Orchard), Dani Chavez (Head of Digital, Ultra Music), and Kelly Ridgway (Consultant & formerly at WMA, Cult Records, Polydor Records / UMG UK.)

Quadio’s Chief Growth Officer, Miranda Martell, shared, “We were blown away by the response to our Hear Her panel in January. Our community of college creatives is always looking for space to connect, learn, and have conversations about the music business. As a woman in this industry, I know firsthand how critical it is to have access to womxn mentors and advisors throughout your career, and particularly when you’re first getting started. It’s incredibly exciting to be able to offer that to our community, especially as a kickoff to Women’s History Month. This summit is a chance to hear from a legendary roster of panelists and speakers that represent so many facets of the industry — from monetizing and marketing your craft to knowing your rights as an artist, and so much more.”

RSVPs for the events are now open to college students, post-grads, and all young womxn+ creatives.
